Muster Fee:  $88.00 per person
($175.00 two person rig, $88.00 for each additional person)

Parking Fee:  $25.00 per night per rig (early arrivals can
come on Sunday, Sept. 9th)

                                                  SMART Quilters

We decided on a Disappearing or Scrappy Nine Patch Quilt.  Harriet Crabtree sent me a
sample and instructions.  (The instructions are below.)
We decided on 5 inch squares, the middle one being a beige color.  The other 8 squares
are to be of flowered, small & medium print, in medium to pastel colors, no bright or dark
colors.  I hope when it's quilted it will look like an old family quilt from long ago.  If everyone
sends 2 or 3 blocks we should be able to make a queen size.  You can use the same
prints, just move them around so when you cut it in half, they will come together differently.
But I think it will help draw the quilt together if the prints are repeated.

                                    Golfers

Golfers who wish to participate in the golf tournament at
the 2012 National Muster must arrive and preregister on
September 8th or 9th.  The tournament takes place on
Monday morning, September 10th at the Black Squirrel
Golf Club.  We are looking forward to seeing many
golfers at the National Muster.

Plans for the 2012 National Muster are progressing
nicely.  All of the committees are working to insure
that everyone that attends this Muster leaves with a
big smile on their face.
We are taking orders for Muster Shirts early this year.  
You will be able to purchase a Polo Shirt with a pocket or a
shirt without a pocket.  It's your choice.  
Shirts cost $15 for S, M, L, and XL; $17.50 for 2XL and 3XL.
